Use this app to store and organise your UK Rail sTickets.
Only use this app if you have an sTicket arrangement with an agent (a train company or travel agent) who has told you to install the app.
To receive your sTickets on the app, proceed as follows:
1) Install the app
2) Launch the app
3) Create a new account by entering your username, forename and surname (all mandatory), and an optional photocard number, and tapping Create New Account.
4) Registration will only take a few seconds - you will see your registration ID on the screen.
5) Now contact your agent, and give them your registration ID.
6) Once your agent has your registration ID, they will issue you with sTickets according to whatever arrangement they have made with you.
7) You can update your app with any new tickets at any time by tapping the Download button (the down arrow at the top left of the app screen).
8) Just before you travel, activate your ticket by tapping on if from the main screen, and then tapping the Activate button.
Alternatively, if you have an existing registration (already known to your agent), which you want to transfer to your iPhone, proceed as follows:
1) Install the app
2) Launch the app
3) Enter your username (and password if applicable), or your existing registration ID, forename and surname, and tap Transfer Account to this Device.
4) Registration will only take a few seconds - after receiving confirmation, continue from step (6) above.
